Mixed-valence (MV) dimers have been extensively investigated, however, the structure and properties of purely organic MV trimers based on open-shell polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons remain elusive. Herein, unprecedented MV BN-doped corannulene radical cations [ BN-Cor1 ]3⋅⋅2+ ⋅ 2[BArylF4] and [ BN-Cor2 ]3⋅⋅2+ ⋅ 2[BArylF4] were synthesized via chemical oxidation, and their structures were unambiguously confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. These uncommon radical cations consist of three corannulene cores and two [BArylF4] anions, and three corannulene motifs [ BN-Cor1 ]3⋅⋅2+ and [ BN-Cor2 ]3⋅⋅2+ in the unit cell exhibit a trimer structure with a slipped π-stacking configuration. Detailed structural analyses further revealed that the corannulene cores exhibit an infinite layered self-assembly configuration, allowing their potential applications as building blocks for molecular conductors. The detection of a forbidden transition (Δms=±2) by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy further confirmed the existence of two unpaired electrons in the π-trimers and the MV characteristic of these two species. Variable-temperature EPR and conductivity measurements suggested that the BN-doped π-trimers exhibited antiferromagnetic coupling and conductivity properties.  相似文献

通过缓慢滴加焦磷酸钾的硝酸溶液到钼酸铵溶液中制得了大颗粒磷钼酸铵(AMP)。研究了AMP的成核速率(G)与晶体生长速率。与晶体生长速率相比成核速率的反应级数更高。最初,大颗粒磷钼酸铵的结晶过程处于相变反应控制的动力学区域,此时溶液的过饱和生成速率比过饱和消除速率高。晶体线生长速率与溶液的过饱和度先增加后降低。在滴加中期,过饱和消除速率增长到与其生成速率相当。在滴加后期,晶体成核速率快速增高,而晶体的线生长速率下降。晶体的成核速率成为过饱和消除的唯一控制步骤。因此,AMP成核大部分是在首先接触到滴加液的局部溶液中完成的。  相似文献

A novel method is developed for the direct determination of naphazoline hydrochloride(NAP) and pyridoxine hydrochloride(VB6) in commercial eye drops. By using excitation–emission matrix(EEM)fluorescence coupled with second-order calibration method based on the alternating trilinear decomposition(ATLD) algorithm, the proposed approach can achieve quantitative analysis successfully even in the presence of unknown and uncalibrated interferences. The method shows good linearity for NAP and VB6 with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99. The results were in good agreement with the labeled contents. To further confirm the feasibility and reliability of the proposed method, the same batch samples were analyzed by multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) based on LC–MS/MS method.T-test demonstrated that there are no significant differences between the prediction results of the two methods. The satisfactory results obtained in this work indicate that the use of the second-order calibration method coupled with the EEM is a promising tool for industrial quality control and pharmaceutical analysis due to its advantages of high sensitivity, low-cost and simple implementation.  相似文献

Four kinds of green deep eutectic solvents (DESs) based on choline chloride (ChCl) have been synthesized and coated on the surface of magnetic graphene oxide (Fe3O4@GO) to form Fe3O4@GO-DES for the magnetic solid-phase extraction of protein. X-ray diffraction (XRD), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) were employed to characterize Fe3O4@GO-DES, and the results indicated the successful preparation of Fe3O4@GO-DES. The UV–vis spectrophotometer was used to measure the concentration of protein after extraction. Single factor experiments proved that the extraction amount was influenced by the types of DESs, solution temperature, solution ionic strength, extraction time, protein concentration and the amount of Fe3O4@GO-DES. Comparison of Fe3O4@GO and Fe3O4@GO-DES was carried out by extracting bovine serum albumin, ovalbumin, bovine hemoglobin and lysozyme. The experimental results showed that the proposed Fe3O4@GO-DES performs better than Fe3O4@GO in the extraction of acidic protein. Desorption of protein was carried out by eluting the solid extractant with 0.005 mol L−1 Na2HPO4 contained 1 mol L−1 NaCl. The obtained elution efficiency was about 90.9%. Attributed to the convenient magnetic separation, the solid extractant could be easily recycled.  相似文献

In this contribution, surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) based on conical holed glass substrates deposited with silver colloids was reported for the first time. It combines the advantages of both dry SERS assays based on plane films deposited with silver colloids and wet SERS assays utilizing cuvettes or capillary tubes. Compared with plane glass substrates deposited with silver colloids, the conical holed glass substrates deposited with silver colloids exhibited five-to ten-folds of increase in the rate of signal enhancement, due to the internal multiple reflections of both the excitation laser beam and the Raman scattering photons within conical holes. The application of conical holed glass substrates could also yield significantly stronger and more reproducible SERS signals than SERS assays utilizing capillary tubes to sample the mixture of silver colloids and the solution of the analyte of interest. The conical holed glass substrates in combination with the multiplicative effects model for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (MEMSERS) achieved quite sensitive and precise quantification of 6-mercaptopurine in complex plasma samples with an average relative prediction error of about 4% and a limit of detection of about 0.02 μM using a portable i-Raman 785H spectrometer. It is reasonable to expect that SERS technique based on conical holed enhancing substrates in combination with MEMSERS model can be developed and extended to other application areas such as drug detection, environmental monitoring, and clinic analysis, etc.  相似文献

Deep learning techniques have been successfully applied to network intrusion detection tasks, but as in the case of autonomous driving and face recognition, the reliability of the system itself has become a pressing issue. Robustness is a key attribute to determine whether a deep learning system is secure and reliable, and we also choose to explore the security of intrusion detection models from a new perspective of robustness quantification. In this paper, we focus on the intrusion detection model based on long and short-term memory, and use a fine-grained linear approximation method to derive a more accurate robustness bound on the nonlinear activation function with tighter linear constraints. We can use this bound to quantitatively measure the robustness of the detection model and determine whether the model is susceptible to the influence of adversarial samples. In our experiments, we test networks with various structures on the MNIST dataset, and the results show that our proposed method can effectively deduce the robustness bounds of output elements, and has good scalability and applicability.  相似文献

The interaction between biomolecules with their target ligands plays a great role in regulating biological functions. Aptamers are short oligonucleotide sequences that can specifically recognize target biomolecules via structural complementarity and thus regulate related biological functions. In the past ten years, aptamers have made great progress in target biomolecule recognition, becoming a powerful tool to regulate biological functions. At present, there are many reviews on aptamers applied in biomolecular recognition, but few reviews pay attention to aptamer-based regulation of biological functions. Here, we summarize the approaches to enhancing aptamer affinity and the advancements of aptamers in regulating enzymatic activity, cellular immunity and cellular behaviors. Furthermore, this review discusses the challenges and future perspectives of aptamers in target recognition and biological functions regulation, aiming to provide some promising ideas for future regulation of biomolecular functions in a complex biological environment.  相似文献

An efficient hydrazine substitution of p-nitro-aryl fluorides with hydrazine hydrates catalyzed by FeO(OH)@C nanoparticles is described. This hydrazine substitutions of p-nitro-aryl fluorides bearing electron-withdrawing groups proceeded efficiently with high yield and selectivity. Similarly, hydrogenations of p-nitro-aryl fluorides containing electron-donating groups also smoothly proceeded under mild conditions. Furthermore, with these prepared aryl hydrazines, some phthalazinones, interesting as potential structures for pharmaceuticals, have successfully been synthesized in high yields.  相似文献
